Apple is known nowadays for their macbooks, iphones, ipods, ipods, apple computers, etc. Before all that though apple had a computer that they called the Apple I.

This computer was made by Steve Jobs and his business partner at the time Steve Wozniak. Only 200 computer were made in 1976 and they were sold at the time for $666.66. This computer was sold at an auction in Christie’s at London for over $210,000. It was sold in it’s original packaging with a letter from Steve Jobs himself. Steve Wozniak also made an appearance at the auction and included and autograph letter that he himself wrote. The bidder who won the computer planned on restoring the computer to it’s original functional condition. At the time it was made this computer was unique because it included a complete motherboard that made it ready to use. This computer was the first of it’s kind and with only 200 having been made it’s no wonder that it sold at such a high price tag.
