The most expensive apartment in the world was sold for $240 million dollars. Located in the center of London, on St. James Square, the apartment building, where the apartment is located, will be demolished soon to be replaced with six luxury apartments.Â
The Labarre Trading company acquired the building and the house next to it for 125 million pounds in 2007. Local real estate agencies say that there are already bids being offered on the luxury apartments which have yet to be built.
