Are you a big Frank Lloyd Wright fan? Now you can own a piece, literally, of Wright’s historic Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. Actual fragments of the museum were set aside and saved during the 2007 restoration process and they have now been formed into a jewelry collection aptly named Restoration Rocks.
Jeweler Cara Tilker was responsible for turning little bits of concrete into wearable works of art. The collection is made of sterling silver and crystal clear acrylic and each piece is unique. A few of the pieces are also available in 14K gold by special order with prices ranging from $125 to $4,350.
The collection is available for sale online directly from the Guggenheim Museum’s website.
