KGS Bikes makes extreme-high-end customized bikes for serious atheletes. Â Their bikes start at $8,000 and go up from there. Â The Tier 3, is priced between$22,000 – $32,000.
What makes these bikes so incredibly expensive?  Well, it seems a bit unclear.  Each bike is supposedly customized for the individual who it is intended for, but as to a reason for the extreme mark up, the KGS website just offers this, “The answer is complicated, but it’s one that seems to work.”
